What counts as a billable interview?

An interview where the candidate actually started and finished (or answered the final question). If a candidate never shows up, drops off, or hits a technical failure, you are not charged, and re-inviting them is free.

Do you charge per application or per CV?

No — there is no rupee charge per CV. AI screening draws from your plan’s AI credit allowance (1 credit per CV), and every plan includes far more than a typical job needs: a 200-CV opening uses 200 of the 2,000 credits on Growth. Application volume never produces a surprise bill.

What happens when I run out of interviews or credits?

Nothing breaks. Screening falls back to manual review and you can top up interview capacity or credits at your plan’s rate, or set a hard budget cap so spend can never exceed what you approve.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Pay as you go has no monthly fee — you pay ₹15 per AI interview minute, billed only for the minutes actually used. A plan only makes sense once you are hiring every month: Growth drops the rate to ₹13/min and pays for itself at moderate volume.
