What counts as a billable interview?

An interview where the candidate actually started and finished (or answered the final question). If a candidate never shows up, drops off, or hits a technical failure, you are not charged, and re-inviting them is free.

Do you charge per application or per CV?

No — there is no rupee charge per CV. AI screening draws from your plan’s AI credit allowance (1 credit per CV), and every plan includes far more than a typical job needs: a 200-CV opening uses 200 of the 2,000 credits on Growth. Application volume never produces a surprise bill.

What happens when I run out of interviews or credits?

Nothing breaks. Screening falls back to manual review and you can top up interview capacity or credits at your plan’s rate, or set a hard budget cap so spend can never exceed what you approve.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Pay as you go has no monthly fee — you pay ₹15 per AI interview minute, billed only for the minutes actually used. A plan only makes sense once you are hiring every month: Growth drops the rate to ₹13/min and pays for itself at moderate volume.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no card required. You get 5 live AI interviews, 300 CV screenings and the full ATS with the careers page, job board, interview integrity and recording.

How is this different from an ATS like Keka or Zoho?

Those manage candidates after you have decided who to talk to. Tarkflo does the deciding: it screens every CV, runs the first-round interview as a real two-way conversation, and hands you a scored report with evidence. It sits before your HR system, and works alongside it.

Before you chooseUnderstand usage & billing

You are billed only for completed AI interviews. No-shows, cancellations, technical failures and re-issued invites are never charged.
AI CV screening costs nothing per CV — it draws from your plan’s AI credit allowance (500 on Pay as you go, 2,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale). A 200-CV job uses 200 credits.
You can set a hard monthly budget cap; AI actions pause at the cap and we never bill past it.
Prepaid interview packs and AI credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (currently 18%).
You are billed per AI interview minute actually used, at your plan's rate — there is no separate charge per interview length.
Running low on credits never blocks hiring: screening falls back to manual review and you can top up at any time.
